Refund Exclusions
Refunds are not applicable for domain registration, domain transfer, domain renewal fees, SSL certificates, control panel licenses, software licenses, or any other third-party services purchased through Jeenhost. Additionally, refunds will not be issued for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
Refund Process
To request a refund within the first 30 days of your subscription, please contact our customer support team via email or through the client area. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase date. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
Cancellation and Termination
If you wish to cancel your hosting services with Jeenhost after the initial 30-day period, you may do so at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the initial 30 days. Upon cancellation, your hosting account will be terminated, and all data associated with the account will be permanently deleted.
