Welcome to JeenHost! These Terms of Service (“TOS,” “Terms,” or “Agreement”) govern your use of our website and all services, features, and content provided by JeenHost (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any Services from JeenHost, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these TOS. The most recent version of our TOS is always accessible on the JeenHost website. It’s important to review these terms before purchasing any Services from JeenHost.

Customer Agreement

These TOS apply to all Services provided by JeenHost to you throughout the duration of your Term or Renewal Term. Prior to signing up for any hosting plans or services offered by JeenHost, all customers must agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. You agree to utilize only licensed and lawful third-party software in conjunction with our services. JeenHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer’s access to any or all services provided, if we determine that the account has been misused or used inappropriately.


JeenHost reserves the right to deny service and/or server access to anyone. Our services must be utilized for lawful purposes only. Any transmission, storage, or presentation of information, data, or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is strictly prohibited. Below are examples of prohibited activities and content: Hosting or promoting illegal activities or materials.
Hosting or linking to child pornography or exploitative content.
Hosting adult materials without explicit permission.
Hosting or distributing illegal or copyrighted material, including pirated software.
Hosting or promoting defamatory, scandalous, or private information without consent.
Engaging in spamming or sending unsolicited commercial emails (SPAM/UCE).
Hosting content that violates the rules, regulations, or charters of newsgroups or mailing lists.

Abuse of Resources

Any attempt to compromise or actually compromise a network device belonging to JeenHost or any other entity is strictly prohibited. This includes port scanning, IP range scanning, and vulnerability scanning. Denial of Service (DOS) attacks against JeenHost or launching such attacks from our servers is strictly prohibited. Hosting illegal software, source code, or materials that could be used for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Additionally, hosting materials that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or service marks is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these policies.

Unsolicited Commercial Email (SPAM/UCE)

The use of our service to transmit unsolicited commercial or bulk email is expressly prohibited. Upon notification of a violation, we will conduct a thorough investigation and may restrict the customer’s access to prevent further violations. Violations of our SPAM policy may result in account suspension or termination, as well as civil remedies and law enforcement involvement.

Backup Policy

Your use of our Services is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to back up all of your User Content to ensure access when needed. JeenHost does not guarantee backups of Accounts or User Content and is not liable for data loss under any circumstances. For clients subscribed to paid backup services, we provide daily database backups and weekly website backups. However, clients using cPanel Backup Manager tool should download and delete backups regularly, as they are removed from the server every Sunday without notification.

Domain Payments

Domain registrations are non-refundable once completed. Clients are prohibited from registering domain names that infringe on trademarks or engage in business similar to a trademarked domain. Domain renewal reminders are sent one month before expiry, and failure to renew on time is the client’s responsibility.

Unlimited Hosting

Our “Unlimited” hosting plans allow for unlimited disk space, bandwidth, and websites within normal usage. However, abuse of resources or activities that negatively impact server stability or performance may result in restrictions or termination of service. Please refer to our Unlimited Hosting Policy for detailed guidelines.

Permitted CPU and Disk Usage

Shared hosting server space is intended for web files and hosting websites only, not for media storage or other data storage purposes. We reserve the right to inspect shared hosting accounts for excessive resource usage and may terminate accounts found in violation of these terms. Dedicated and VPS usage limits depend on the plan purchased.

Reseller Terms and Client Responsibility

Reselling web hosting using a shared hosting account is prohibited. Resellers are responsible for supporting their clients, including customer service and technical support. We are not liable for providing support to reseller users. Resellers are solely responsible for the actions and content of their clients and may be held accountable for any violations.

The Company as Reseller or Sublicensor

We may utilize third-party services, hardware, software, and equipment as a reseller or sublicensor. We are not liable for modifications to Services that affect resold products or services.

Reseller Terms and Responsibilities

Using a shared hosting account for reselling web hosting to others is prohibited. Reseller hosting plans are available for those interested in reselling.
Resellers must ensure that each of their clients complies with this Agreement.
Resellers are responsible for supporting their clients, including customer service, billing, and technical support.
We do not provide support to Reseller Users directly. Any assistance required for client issues must be reported by the reseller on behalf of the user.
Resellers are solely accountable for any content stored or transferred under their reseller account and the actions of their users.
We reserve the right to hold any reseller accountable for any activity from their client’s account that violates the law or this Agreement.
The Company is not liable for the acts or omissions of our resellers.
The reseller pledges to indemnify the Company against any claims brought by customers resulting from the actions or omissions of the reseller.
The Company retains the right to review our Reseller plan whenever necessary. Changes will be implemented as posted publicly or at a later date as designated by the Company.

The Company as Reseller or Sublicensor

We may utilize certain third-party services, hardware, software, and equipment and use them as a reseller or sublicensor. We are not responsible for any modifications to the Services that cause any Resold Products to become outdated, including improvements or adjustments that affect the output of the services. Any failures or defects of Resold services, whether sold, sublicensed, or provided by us, will not be considered violations of the Company’s obligations under this Agreement. Any rights or claims you may have regarding the ownership, licensing, performance, or infringement of any Resold Product are limited to those rights extended to you by the manufacturer of such Resold Product. You are authorized to use any Resold Product we provide only in connection with your use of the Services as permitted under this Agreement. No attempt should be made to clone, modify, reverse engineer, or tamper with any Resold Product other than in connection with the Services.

Uptime Guarantee

Scheduled maintenance by MilesWeb or our network providers will not be counted towards the uptime guarantee. MilesWeb is not responsible for failures of third-party services. We shall not be held liable for failures or delays in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of governmental bodies, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, natural disasters, or interruptions in telecommunications or third-party services.

Account Security and Company Systems

You are accountable for preventing unauthorized access to your account and must not breach the security of other accounts or networks. Safeguard your password to maintain account security. Sharing your account access with unauthorized users is discouraged and may result in termination of service. Attempts to obtain another user’s account password are strictly prohibited and may lead to termination. Take necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized account use and ensure proper permissions for installed programs/scripts. Use of the Services is for authorized customer use only, and we may monitor systems for security purposes. Any account found connecting to a third-party network without authorization is subject to suspension, and access to such networks requires explicit consent. Compromised accounts may be disabled or terminated, and cleanup may be performed at an additional fee. We reserve the right to migrate accounts between data centers as necessary without prior notice.

Billing Policy

Instant setup is provided for payments via credit card, debit card, net banking, and PayPal. Cheque payments require 5 days to clear, while postal orders or cash payments are processed on the same day. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to first-time signups. Second or subsequent sign-ups are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are not applicable for certain services, including domain registration/transfer/renewal, control panels, licenses, and other specified items. Pricing changes by software license companies take immediate effect for MilesWeb clients. The money-back guarantee covers shared hosting, reseller hosting, WordPress hosting, and email hosting. No refunds are provided if services are suspended or terminated due to violation of terms or other specified causes. Specific limitations apply to each hosting platform, and refunds are not granted in such cases. Refunds do not cover taxes, setup fees, processing fees, or any other charges. Free domain offers are subject to conditions, including deductions from refund amounts if the hosting service is canceled. WHMCS Starter or ClientExec licenses in reseller hosting plans are subject to deductions if canceled within the first 30 days. Payments made through certain methods are non-refundable, and refund requests placed after 30 days will not be processed. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the client area, and the refund process typically takes 14 days to complete.

Cancellation Process

Cancellation requests can be submitted through the client area at any time. Pending dues must be cleared before requesting cancellation. You can choose immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of your subscription period. It’s your responsibility to back up your data before requesting cancellation. Once canceled, data cannot be retrieved.


Prices listed on the site exclude taxes. The final invoice will include taxes calculated based on your location.

Late Payment or Non-Payment

Unpaid invoices may lead to the suspension or termination of your hosting account.
Suspended accounts can be restored after clearing outstanding invoices.
Terminated accounts will be treated as new accounts, and data won’t be restored.

Account Termination

Your hosting account at Jeenhost can be terminated for various reasons, including your decision to discontinue, failure to renew, violation of terms of service, potential fraud, or dispute/chargeback. It’s recommended to maintain a backup copy of your hosting account to prevent data loss upon termination.


Customers agree to indemnify and hold Jeenhost harmless from any liabilities, losses, expenses, and claims arising from services provided or products sold by customers.

Limitation of Liability

Jeenhost, its officers, directors, employees, licensors, agents, subcontractors, and third-party service providers shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages suffered by customers or third parties. This limitation of liability applies even in cases of negligence and includes damages for loss of profits, data, or business.

Dispute Resolution. Jurisdiction

Disputes related to the agreement will be settled through consultation and negotiation. The courts of [Location] will have jurisdiction over disputes, and [Country] law will govern the interpretation and enforcement of the terms.

Certain Services; 404 Error Page

If you haven’t configured a 404 page, Jeenhost’s default 404 error page will be displayed, which may contain advertisements and information about the company and its services.

Price Change

Prices of services may change over time based on vendor pricing. Jeenhost may adjust prices to cover costs due to changes in vendor pricing structures. Customers are advised to review billing information periodically to stay informed about pricing changes.

Change of Terms of Service (TOS)

Change of Terms of Service (TOS) Jeenhost reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, with immediate effect. If the change is mandated by law, involves the addition of a new service or functionality to existing services, or does not reduce your rights or increase your responsibilities, the TOS will be updated without prior notice and will take immediate effect. No clarification or explanation of the Terms provided by either party will have the authority to modify the provisions of these Terms of Service.
